HWL Mobile Vaccination Solutions Program
HWL currently contracts with state, regional, and local governments and private organizations to deliver community vaccination services.HWL offers a complete and customizable solution including clinical and non-clinical staffing, project management services, vaccine storage and management, PPE and material supplies, scheduling and vaccine administration technology, state and CDC reporting, and physician clinical oversight.
The HWL program can be quickly deployed to service hard-to-reach communities in order to achieve public health vaccination goals. Services range from 1-day pop-up facilities to more sophisticated and complex mobile vaccination units.
1 | Pop-up Vaccination Centers
- Vaccination sites that can be quickly set up
anywhere for a temporary amount of time in a
variety of settings. 1-2 days

- Fully-equipped vans that bring vaccination
services closer to communities whose citizens are

- Larger-scale vaccination sites using mobile tents
that can be set up in a variety of locations that
provide additional space to accommodate more
vaccinations. 1-2 weeks

4 | Vaccine Site Staff Support
- This is a staffing service for entities that already have a vaccination infrastructure in place, but are in need of qualified clinical staff to administer vaccine doses.
